The role of the Minister of Youth & Education leading this department of our government, is crucial in shaping the future of NorAuthwik by fostering a well-rounded, informed, and educated community.

The Minister serves as an advocate for youth, promoting best practices for how to better engage and educate our youngest members, while also maintaining NorWakian education for all ages within our outreach, overseeing the implementation of programs that align with the Principality’s objectives, including virtual workshops [coming in 2025], and programs that make learning and education more accessible to all.

Through collaboration with community leaders and educators, the Ministry ensures that the organization promotes efficiently the educational objectives of NorAuthwik.

• Exercises oversight of educational programs, ensuring alignment with the principality's values and objectives.
• Advocate for youth, education, and accessibility, serving as a liaison between the educational community and the initiatives of NorAuthwik.
• Provides expert guidance and resources to educators and community leaders, enhancing their ability to effectively teach and engage with the young.
• Collaborate with local educators, and attend learning workshops to ensure that educational initiatives meet the evolving needs of the youth within NorWakian Province.
