Mission Focused, Community Centered, Principle Led
Within our Principality, the order, structure, work, drive, focus, and all initiatives; Whether they are MicroNational or otherwise, are guided by our Core Foundational Principles.
The Principality of NorAuthwik is classified as a principality due to its foundational, core guiding principles. As a "principled-principality," we are dedicated to our unique, cultivated cultural sovereignty (we have the autonomy to cultivate, grow, and govern our Principled, NorWakian way of life), individual self-determination, and we strive towards unity within our greater (even global) community.
Our unique MicroNational framework emphasizes in a louder way our focus on responding to the needs of the world at large, and our passion for self-expression and liberation through the arts aids us in crafting unity through community engagement.
It also allows us the chance to express ourselves as an outward initiative a little bit louder than we would be able to otherwise.
The poetic play on the term 'Principality,' grounded in our principles, captures another central focus of NorAuthwik: our fervent dedication to the arts, celebrating how poetry exemplifies the artistry of words and language.
Upholding and celebrating NorAuthwik’s unique cultural heritage and traditions, ensuring that cultural practices are maintained and promoted. We celebrate ourselves on a cultivated culture, meaning that our culture is created and fostered through each citizen, their work, and their contributions helps to create the rich tapestry and traditions of our realm.
A 'Cultivation culture' is the collective responsibility to grow each other, to share knowledge, to teach, so as a collective we can be more impactful.
Empowering citizens through various forms of artistic expression, including music, comedy, painting, crafts, and other forms to achieve personal and collective liberation. Currently, the governing body of NorAuthwik is working on collaborating with local galleries and nonprofits to provide funding and space for local artists (coming 2025).
Encouraging active participation in community service, volunteerism, and cultural projects to foster unity and collaboration within the community. We believe in a collective response - ability, taking responsibility and responding to life's situations.
Community engagement builds strong, cohesive communities where individuals feel connected and supported. By working together on common goals, we foster a sense of solidarity and collective responsibility, enhancing the quality of life for all.
This means that we believe, and place an emphasis on, promoting an environment of inclusivity and mutual respect among citizens to create a cohesive and supportive community.
Inclusivity and mutual respect create a welcoming and supportive environment for all. Embracing diversity strengthens our community, as varied perspectives and experiences contribute to a richer, more dynamic society. Mutual respect fosters harmony and understanding, essential for a peaceful and productive community.
